HOW does IT WORKS?

1.         24 hours in advance the following information are reviewed and any issue would be referred to your office: 

• Patient's information, insurance coverage verification, previous balance alert.
• Your office would be informed of any possible errors or flaws that could cause future collation issues such as frequency of cleaning, number of diagnostic visits, composite coverage for posterior teeth, etc. 

2.      According to your plan your agent enters procedures into your system or verifies accuracy of data entries.

• Accuracy and clarity of your notes are essential because our agents use your notes to enter CDT codes into system.
• Any discrepancy between notes and entered codes will be refered back to you.
• Clean (all personal and insurance information are correct, Complete requirements attached, Claims and Predeterminations  are created and sent to the Clearing House.

3. New Claims and pre determinations are submitted and any rejected claim are corrected and filed back.

• Sometime due to patients personal information errors or insurance information claims are immediately rejected.
• your office with be contacted immediately to contact patient and correct the issue.

4. Your secondary agent makes notes of processed and  rejected,  claims.

• Rejected claims are reviewed, corrected and resubmitted.
• Processed claims are entered into your system immediately after payment verification.

                       WE Review every balance regardless of its age.

• Upon a short conversation to customized your package, we would evaluate your account receivable stues:  Total and Time. 

• Account receivables are divided into insurance, private and zombie accounts (accounts with no transaction, payment or communication from account holder for over 6 months)

• All pending claims are evaluated, corrected and resubmitted with proper documents such as X-rays, perio charting, etc.

• All paid claims will be entered into patients' accounts, write off is applied and remaining a balance is handled according to your preference.

• Follow up for private payees is critical. All pending balances with be reviewed, probed and reviewed for maximize collection.

• Our team of experienced gather all your information and submit your In Network Provider and credentialing application and supporting documents to insurance companies as your behalf.

• A simple short questionnaire allows us to secure your provider status with insurance companies and avoid unnecessary  delays in payments due to out of network status.
